Russia, Nation of Sociopaths
The news out of Russia on August 20, 2011, was truly nauseating.
Russia stood alone to support mass-murdering Syrian dictator Bashar al-Assad while the rest of the world condemned his latest blood orgy. Russia even went so far as to seek to fan the flames of Arab nationalism across the region.
It invited mass-murdering North Korean dictator Kim Jong Il Kim Jong Il for a friendly visit.
It loaned billions to mass-murdering Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chavez so he could buy even more weapons.
And it ratcheted up its foreign policy initiatives to assist the mass-murdering dictator of Iran Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.
And remember: That’s just one day in the life of Vladimir Putin’s Russia, an nation of sociopaths that takes pride and pleasure in joining forces with the world’s worst maniacs and which has chosen to be ruled by a proud KGB spy, a representative of the worst mass-murdering group of psychopaths ever to tread the earth.
Paul Goble, blogging at the Moscow Times:
A group of legal activists is working in the Russian capital to help people moving there comply with the law and work with a government registration system unlike any in the world — except for the one maintained by the regime in North Korea, claims one of the leaders of the “Illegals of Moscow” movement. In an interview posted on the Chaskor.ru portal this week, that individual, speaking on condition of anonymity because of the risk of reprisal from officials, said that Moscow Mayor Yuri Luzhkov’s claim that such registration systems exist “in all the major capitals of the world” is simply “a lie.”
“There is nothing like [Moscow’s system] anywhere in the world,” the Illegals of Moscow leader said. Members of the organization “have specially studied this question, and the last country with such a registration [“propiska”] regime is the Korean People’s Democratic Republic” under Kim Jong-Il.
Russia and the Axis of Evil
Last week it was reported that Russia was urging the world to continue negotiating with the terrorist group Hamas rather than confronting it. This was, perhaps, the most amazing display of brash temerity by any nation so far this century, since it was being simultaneously reported that North Korea, with which Russia had also demanded negotiation rather than sanctions, had just tested another nuclear bomb.
Needless to say, Russia has been proved wrong on North Korea, and led the world into a genuine national security nightmare as a result. Thus, listening to what Russia says about Hamas would be, quite simply, insane.
Russia and its Rogues
No reader of this blog can have been surprised by Russia’s siding with the lunatic ruler of North Korea after he fired an ICBM over Japan in the direction of the United States a week ago.
